1) Fine Finds Pty Ltd (ACN 670 155 549) is an incorporated company registered in Australia and trading as FineFinds.

2) Whilst we at FineFinds trade in the resale of luxury brands, we are not, in any way, affiliated with any of the brands marketed on our website. 

3) Although we are not affiliated with any brands marketed on our website, all our products undergo a strict two-part authentication process that requires an internal review by our highly trained team at FineFinds and a third party named “Entrupy”. 4) FineFinds will not accept exchange or refund requests for “change of mind”. Our full refund policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.  

5) We provide a 100% guarantee on the authenticity of any items purchased through our website if the item is proven to be inauthentic. This is subject to our Terms and Conditions which can be found at finefinds.com.au/policies/terms-of-service.

6) By making any order through our website, you warrant you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Online Purchase Agreement

7) Should the item/s be consigned to FineFinds, the parties will agree to the quality, standard and condition of the item prior to consignment.

8) The Client warrants that any item that they wish to be consigned to FineFinds is authentic. Should this warranty be breached, the Client will be liable to indemnify FineFinds for any loss or damage incurred by FineFinds as a result of that breach.

9) Any items deemed unauthentic, the seller must liaise with FineFinds team at their earliest convenience to arrange a return method at the sellers expense.

10) Each item is subject to a maximum consignment period of one month.

11) If, for any reason whatsoever, the item is not sold within the consignment period, the Client has the option to renew the consignment period for a further one month. Should the Client not exercise the extension of the consignment period, then the item will be returned to the Client.

12) In the event that the item is to be returned to the Client, the Client must ensure that the item is retrieved from FineFinds within three months of the initial correspondence seeking the items return. Should the Client fail to retrieve the item within the three month period, FineFinds will not be found liable for any loss or damage caused to the item.

13) Where a Client has consigned multiple items to FineFinds, FineFinds will only remit payment when all the items have been sold. If an item is not sold by the end of the consignment period and a renewal of the consignment period is not sought, FineFinds will remit payment once the unsold items have been retrieved by the Client.

14) The Client is solely responsible for removing all personal items inside or attached to the item/s before consigning the item/s to FineFinds. FineFinds is not liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Client as a result of the Client’s failure to remove anything from the item/s prior to consignment.
