How can I tell the item condition?

We specialise in pre-loved designer handbags which can span from "New" to "Fair"

Please see the guide below of how we rate all our items.

New: Comes with the full set.
Like New: Mint condition pre-owned or new without tags.
Excellent: Lightly used but no noticeable flaws.
Good: Minor flaws or signs of wear, noted in the description or photos.
Fair: Obvious flaws or signs of wear, noted in the description or photos.



Are your handbags authentic?

Can I inspect an item before purchasing?

For a first hand look at the item, we suggest booking an appointment to visit our Bankstown office. Please keep in mind that this option is subject to stock availability.

Can I put an item on hold?

Please note that all sales are final and there are no holds on items.



Can I return or cancel my order?

Sales are final due to current demand and sourcing inventory. Please carefully review images and ask questions before purchasing.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days of placing the order, or on the specified date for pre-orders. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Australia Post is our preferred shipping provider for fast and secure domestic delivery. Standard rates apply and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.



Can I pick up my item locally?

Local Pickup can be chosen during checkout for those who prefer to collect their item rather than having it delivered. Pickup is available by appointment only and an email notification will be sent once the order is ready for collection.

To schedule an Online Order pick up, please contact us with your order number and await confirmation.
